about me
CIRCULAR KNITTING OPERATIONS
Textiles are no longer just fabrics; they are engineered solutions shaping industries, from fashion to medical, automotive, space exploration, and beyond.
With over a decade of experience in the textile industry, I specialize in weft knitting technologies, fabric analysis, and innovative textile solutions, ensuring that every piece of fabric meets the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
As a circular knitting expert and operations leader, I’ve overseen maintenance and production processes in several of Egypt’s leading textile manufacturers. My mission is to drive operational excellence by optimizing corrective and preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and production efficiency, all while leading a skilled technical team. I collaborate with cross-functional departments—including planning and procurement—to align production with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless workflow and cost-effective solutions.
Beyond manufacturing, I am the founder of PI Tex & Tech, where I bridge the gap between fabric sourcing, garment development, and technology-driven Factories. I specialize in fabric analysis, jacquard pattern drawing, and circular knitting innovations, helping brands and manufacturers create high-quality textiles with precision and creativity. My background in electrical and electronics engineering enhances my approach to troubleshooting, automation, and production optimization in the textile sector.
Passionate about knowledge-sharing, I mentor junior engineers and textile students at NASG, empowering the next generation of textile professionals with insights into circular knitting and fabric engineering. Additionally, my certifications in supply chain management and operations enable me to enhance cost efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall product quality.
Whether it’s optimizing production, innovating textile solutions, or mentoring future industry leaders, I am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of textile technology. Let’s connect and explore how we can shape the future of textiles together.
